Registering your interest , how it works:

Initial interests - last 24 -48 hrs (at the discretion of management)
2nd , 3rd interest's- this is when an animal already has one interest but has a lot of people intrested we will take a 2nd and a 3rd interest, this is just incase the first interest falls through and the animal does not miss out on a home.
Reserved- The animal has found a home and are pending collection. ( Time period for collection is 1 week, this is to make sure we do not have time wasters or loose the chance of helping someone else as we do not have the space to help as we would be boarding animals.)
Adoption
Every animal has an adoption fee this will be discussed with new potential owners, adoption fee varies on species.
A adoption form will also need to be filled out on day of adoption.
Collection
Please do not contact us if you do not have transport to collect an animal you have reserved/interested in as we do not deliver. As a new owner this is your responsibility to arrange and we would also like to make sure you have a plan in place if your pet has a medical emergency and how you would get them to the vets. On adoptions new owners MUST bring a SECURE carrier to take their new pet home with them safely. (A cardboard box is not suitable!) If we feel the carrier is not secure adoption will get refused until a secure carrier is provided.
Viewing's
We do not allow people to meet our animals unless they are seriously interested in one of our animals and have gone through our re-homing process. This is to reduce stress on our animals.
Viewings are by appointment only. We unfortunately are not big enough to offer bonding service's but we will be on hand to offer advice/ pointer's.
